It is the customer's responsibility and cost to
get DSL/phone/power to indoor desired location in order to install
a MINK (Multimedia Interactive Network Kiosk). The installation
services includes hardware setup and software boot-up. eMINK Corp.
will provide installation services with a charge, please contact
us for price information.
- eMINK SOFTWARE LICENSE (Option)
eMINK utility software includes: internet browsing,
advertising, data & photo email, and information utility.
All utility software installed into MINK kiosk are patent protected
at all times, and will remain the property of eMINK Corp. and
its successors, or assignees. However, eMINK Corp. will grant
customer rights to use this software in with a license fee, please
contact us for license fee information.
- eMINK MONITORING MONTHLY SERVICE:
(Option)
Services including NOC monitoring services, advertising
upload/replacement, billing report, troubleshooting, and minor
graphic alteration
eMINK Corp. will provide first-year parts warranty.
However, customer shall call eMINK Corp. technical support department
to finalize the part error and grant the return authorization
number before mailing the parts back to eMINK Corp. All shipping
expenses are at customer's cost. Customer shall provide FedEx
or UPS account number for shipping. There is an optional Extended
Warranty Program (Parts & Labor; North America only) available,
